What kind of national headline is this?

There are zillions who get affected by gastroenteritis based illnesses. Does the world bother to catch wind of them and report? Does anybody even bother to report poor sanitation that results in so many unnecessary deaths? No. Why? Nobody is interested to know. Nobody wants to read sad stuff.

One celebrity becomes ill. It becomes national headlines. Ok, Amitabh is a great actor, and an ambassador of sorts for the country. Yet, a national headline of this sort? All news channels, all headlines of major papers... the pic of Big B cooped up in the back seat of a car, being carried to a hospital on a stretcher...

Dharavi mein kisko colitis hua
Kisi ko nahin hai pata
Ek Big B ko ho gaya
Sab ne saans thaam ke dekha!

(a parody on "Jungle Mein Mor Naacha" from Madhumati)

Hmmmm...
